Welcome to our site guide

We want to make your shopping experience as straightforward as possible and here is our brief explanation of how you can use our new website to find what you are looking for, or just to be able to browse through the sections that are relevant to you.

Navigation

We have introduced four separate navigation tools for you to explore the site:

(1) Tab menu system across the top of the page;
(2) Advanced, dropdown menu box (top left hand corner of the page);
(3) Search box;
(4) Brand icons.

Each method can be just as effective as the other and it is purely your preference as to which method you use.

(1) Tab menu system

The tab menu system has introduced a new way of searching through Rivet's extensive product catalogue. Now, you can shop by category and see all the products that are relevant to you from our range of brands. For instance you can now navigate straight to Men's Jeans or Kids Footwear at the click of a button and see all the options.

You can also use the tab menu system to view all our brand icons categorised by product type.

(2) Advanced dropdown

Select your relevant product category, brand, size and price range and our shopping system will bring up all the products that fit the bill.

(3) Search box

Our shopping system has learned the words that our customers search for most frequently and is a pretty good guesser at what you're trying to find. Just type in whatever you are looking for and let our system display what it thinks you are trying to find!

(4) Brand icons

Some things don't change. We know we have some very loyal, brand-specific customers and we have endeavoured to keep our brand icon navigation available. Just click on any brand logo and you will see all the products we have for that particular brand.

Your Account

One of the best features of Rivet is the 'Your Account' section. This is where you can manage all your account details and orders. In this section, you can:

- change your payment details, address book and login details (email and password)
- check the status of your order in the fulfilment process

If you register, you will also be kept up to date with our latest offers and gift vouchers. We send monthly newsletters that are specific to the products that you like on our site so that you get the first opportunity to buy them before we run out of stock.

It is one of our main aims as a business to provide our customers with the best customer services available online. We have created a new section which is dedicated to answering your queries or solving your problems as quickly as possible
